• Interfere with the platform's availability or performance for other users

FileVit is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific output quality for all document types and configurations.

We strongly recommend maintaining backups of all important documents before processing them with any online tool, including FileVit.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FileVit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

FileVit uses Google AdSense to display advertisements that fund the platform. These third-party services are subject to their own policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party advertisers.
